Relay Marketing's business to consumer (B2C) division receives direct-to-consumer orders around the clock, for orders generated in response to radio, television, print, and on-line advertising. In addition, Relay Marketing can accept your consumer orders in a variety of batch protocols for direct-to-consumer shipments. Orders are usually picked, packed and shipped the same business day they are received.

The Relay Marketing Customer Service department is staffed from 8:00am until 8:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. We handle thousands of contacts each week related to orders processed by Relay Marketing. In addition to questions about billing and about the status of orders, we handle credits and refunds, and we even offer limited tech support for electronic products. We also will take orders, especially reorders from satisfied customers. Direct-response products are assigned toll-free customer service numbers for each campaign fulfilled by Relay Marketing.
